          A  new  HR  System  (Phase  1)  was  launched  during  the  year  which  enabled  mobile  and  external  accessibility  to  HR  processes.
          These include application and approval of leave and claims, access to personal salary and training information, as well as Performance
          Management. Additional Phase 2 modules including e-learning, recruitment, takaful, and onboarding, are scheduled for release
          in 2022.
