            Enhancing Whistleblowing

            To reinforce our commitment to zero tolerance of improper conduct, the Bank had established a Whistleblowing Policy that governs
            the whistleblowing process and disclosure of information to the appropriate parties.

            The Whistleblowing Policy covers the governance and standards to promote an ethical, responsible and secure whistleblowing
            practice in the Bank in line with the Corporate Governance Policy issued by BNM. The Policy provides a proper and secured avenue
            for the employees and members of the public to report any knowledge of improper conduct in good faith, without fearing any
            adverse consequences.
