We, Tan Sri Tajuddin Atan and Roshidah Abdullah, being two (2) of the Directors of Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad,
do hereby state that, in the opinion of the Directors, the accompanying financial statements set out on pages 193 to 372
are drawn up in accordance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards, IFRS Accounting Standards and the requirements
of the Companies Act, 2016 in Malaysia so as to give a true and fair view of the financial position of the Group and of the Bank
as at 31 December 2023 and of the results and the cash flows of the Group and of the Bank for the year then ended.
