STATEMENT BY DIRECTORS

PURSUANT TO SECTION 251(2) OF THE COMPANIES ACT, 2016

We, Datuk Seri Tajuddin Atan and Ghazali Hj Darman, being two (2) of the directors of Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad, do hereby
state that, in the opinion of the directors, the accompanying financial statements set out on pages 169 to 346 are drawn up in accordance
with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards and the requirements of the Companies
Act, 2016 in Malaysia so as to give a true and fair view of the financial position of the Group and of the Bank as at 31 December 2020
and of the results and the cash flows of the Group and of the Bank for the year then ended.
