         Ainol  Roznain  Yaacob  was  appointed  as  a  Non-Independent  Non-Executive  Director  of  Bank  Muamalat  Malaysia  Berhad
         on 1 October 2022. He is a member of the Board Nomination & Remuneration and Board Audit Committees.

         Ainol  joined  Khazanah  in  March  2021  as  Head  of  Transformation  and  leads  the  strategic  transformation  for  Finance  covering
         key  areas  such  as  technology,  ways  of  working  and  talent  development.  He  is  also  Head  of  Tax  Planning  and  Advisory  and
         provides leadership on tax policy and strategy that is focused and aligned with Khazanah’s strategic imperatives.
         Prior to Khazanah, Encik Ainol spent 8 years with BP Malaysia initially as Global Head of Compliance and Reporting Director
         and  from  2017  as  Head  of  Country,  Malaysia.  As  part  of  his  role,  he  provides  leadership  to  BP’s  business  transformation
         and  change  management  for  Malaysia  and  supports  the  Asian  region.  He  also  implemented  a  programme  framework  for
         BP  Plc’s  global  statutory  audit  covering  key  regions  such  as  the  UK,  EMEA,  Oceania  and  parts  of  Africa,  and  in  2020  was
         part of the leadership team involved in investments and divestments of BP’s global key assets in the region.

         He  started  his  career  in  audit  with  KPMG  London  before  moving  to  Corporate  and  International  Tax  within  KPMG  and
         later  with  Deloitte  specialising  in  risk  management  and  controls.  Encik  Ainol  spent  almost  20  years  working  in  London  prior
         to  his  return  to  Malaysia  with  Ernst  &  Young.  One  of  his  passions  is  developing  and  empowering  talents  as  future  leaders
         who  can  easily  adapt  to  the  evolving  business  needs  and  environment.  He  is  also  a  firm  believer  that  the  key  success  for
         business is to provide a respectful, inclusive and diverse workplace for employees.
