4th Collective Agreement Signing Ceremony Between Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad And Kepak Muamalat

The signing ceremony today signifies the 4th Collective Agreement signed between the Bank and KEPAK. The new CA which was signed at Sime Darby Convention Centre is another milestone achieved by both parties and it governs the terms and conditions of employment of the executives.

The new Collective Agreement was successfully concluded and will take effect from 1st July 2010 until 30th June 2013.

The Bank was represented by YBhg. Dato’ Haji Mohd Redza Shah Abdul Wahid; Puan Faridah Hashim, EVP of HRMD; and En. Mohd Rasol Raman Mustapha, the Acting Head for IR/ER Section. The Union was represented by YDP of KEPAK Muamalat, En. Ahmad Zawawi bin Aminuddin; KEPAK Muamalat’s General Secretary, En. Shamsul Azrai bin Zairi; and the Treasurer, En. Shasrulsham bin Musa in the signing of the CA.

By signing of this agreement, executives are expected to play a major role by working closely with the Bank in enhancing the productivity and quality of the work force in order to maintain Bank Muamalat as a place of inherent work excellence.
